The Maine Gold Prospectors is the Central Maine Chapter of the Gold Prospectors Association of America (GPAA).
We are a small club of gold prospectors from Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts and the rest of the United States of America.

Our Goal is to cooperate with and assist local organizations and youth groups to this end.
Our Chapter meets every third Saturday. We meet at the
Windsor Town Office in Windsor Maine.
During the months of May through September we have outings at different rivers and streams for panning, sluicing and dredging for Gold.
During the months of October through April the club meets inside to discuss club business, pot luck lunch, 50/50, raffles, demonstrations and other various activities.
We are a family oriented chapter and encourage all of our members to bring their children along for a great time.
Our chapter is an open chapter. Members do not have to belong to the Gold Prospectors Association of America, (GPAA) in order to join.
